Susan Rubin is not Maria Sanchez. No. She is not…. Susan Rubin Is Susan Rubin from Washington DC… But, on March 6th at 4:23 pm, on a recorded line to 311 Broward County, she clamied to be Maria Sanchez, a worried mother who lives on my street. In other words, a neighbor of mine. Here’s the thing, Susan Rubin lives in Washington DC and has NO children. It was a false report caught on a recorded line. I have enclosed 2 links a few paragraphs down to Rubin’s Youtube and Facebook videos in case anyone to wants compare the voice in those videos, to the voice you hear on one of the craziest 311 calls in history. It is 100% Susan Rubin of Washington DC.

There is NO Maria Sanchez on my block. There is no house number 821 on my block. Susan Rubin did not even know how to pronouce the city that she claimed to be living in. Susan Rubin 100% made that call. If she denys that in court, she will also be charged with perjury. That’s in addtition to making the false 311 call in the first place. Not to mention, her top to bottom fraudulent campaign on GoFundme, which I exposed on March 6th in my feature story (link will be provided below). Susan Rubin is in massive trouble. To be honest, I just want my dog BabyLady back. Regarding the fraud that Rubin has already perpetrated on GoFundMe and the false report on a recorded line to 311 Broward, well that’s up to the regulatory agencies. Personally, I believe she will end up arrested for this intentional false report. Rubin’s call had nothing to do with animal welfare and everything to do with malice intentions. More specifics on that later.

This can all end tomorrow if she turns BabyLady back over to me. Regarding the fraud and criminality of what she has already done on GoFundMe and with her false report on a recorded line to 311 Broward County, well that’s up to the authorities. But, as for me, when I have BabyLady back in my arms, this will end. My family and I will be able to move on with our lives. We are Not moving on without BabyLady. We will continue to fight Rubin with truth, evidence and facts. And we will bring BabyLady back home.
Why did she make that call on March 6h at 4:23 pm? – That is a great question. The answer is because at 3pm on the very same day, I posted a massive feature story exposing her fraudulent campaign on GoFundMe, where she was using pictures of another dog not in her possession, nor having anything to do with the dogs she was raising money for. She did that to defraud her donors and drive donations higher. The article is also about her violating our agreements regarding a trial period with my BabyLady. The trial period failed. Susan Rubin called 311 saying she was Maria Sanchez and claimed to be a concerned mother living on my street. Apparently she was worried about her make believe children. She said that my dogs were always running loose around the neighborhood. Except my dogs don’t run around the neighborhood at all. That has only been my dog Lucky from time to time when he pulls his escape artist routines like he did back in Puerto Rico. I have been writing about that for years. But, she repeated and repeated all of my dogs run around the neighborhood. Dr. Disingenuous, Jennifer Jablow, said a similar thing on February 11th about all of my dogs. When it was actually only Lucky. Hey, It’s like they say, “Birds of a Feather Flock Together.” Susan Rubin and Jennifer Jablow definitley flocked together on February 11th.

On the call from March 6th, Rubin/Sanchez claims that all my dogs have rabies. She said it over and over again. Rubin/Sanchez claimed that I ignored a “citation” regarding my dog Lucky getting vaccinated and she said I was bragging to my neighbors that I would defy the citation. The unhinged lunatic, Susan Rubin says that I have been threatening my neighbors. Threatening my neighbors for what? For being good neighbors? What a complete schmuck. Listen to this call posted above. It’s one of the craziest calls I have ever heard in my life.
Again, I believe Susan Rubin committed a crime regarding her false report call to 311 Broward on March 6th at 4:23 pm. The call had nothing to do with animal welfare. Not to mention lying about her name, lying about being a concerned mother (she has no kids), lying about the address, which does not even exist on my street, and giving out a bogus 305 number which nobody answers nor does a voicemail ever pick up either. And the actual number Susan Rubin called from was an 832 number, which is an area code for Houston, Texas. But, no matter what shenanigans Rubin pulled with all these different phone numbers, the call was made from Washington DC where she lives…. We Got the Recording!
