Susan Rubin is not Maria Sanchez, a worried mother living in South Florida.. Nope.. Susan Rubin lives in Washington DC and she has NO children.. She does not even have one child. But, on March 6th at 4:23 pm, on a recorded line to 311 Broward County, she clamied to be Maria Sanchez, a worried mother living in South Florida… Rubin could not even pronounce the city she claimed to be living in. And at first, she was not even sure what city she lived in: North Miami or Hallandale.. It was a false report. Rubin was CAUGHT on a recorded line. The actual call is just below. There is NO Maria Sanchez on my block. There is No house number 821 on my block. It does not exist. If she denies making this call in court, she will also be charged with perjury. That’s in addtition to making the false report call to 311 Broward in the first place, which is a crime in all 50 states. Not to mention, her top to bottom fraudulent campaign on GoFundme, which I exposed on March 6th, 2024 at 3pm in my feature story. Susan Rubin is in massive trouble. Personally, I believe she will end up being arrested for her intentional false report call.. Rubin’s call had nothing to do with animal welfare and everyting to do with retaliation because of the article I wrote blowing the roof off her fraudulent campaign on GoFundMe.

Why did she make that call on March 6h at 4:23 pm? – That is a great question. The answer is because at 3pm on the very same day, I posted a massive feature story exposing her fraudulent campaign on GoFundMe, where she was using pictures of another dog not in her possession, nor having anything to do with the dogs she was raising money for. She did that to defraud her donors and drive donations higher. The article is also about her violating our agreements regarding a trial period with my BabyLady. The trial period failed. It’s time for BabyLady to come home.
The collage cover picture above is the written report from animal control regarding Susan Rubin’s recorded call they received at 4:23 pm on March 6th… Notice what she said about me, my mother and my sister at the top of the animal control report. We are all mentally ill.. What does my sister and Mother have to do with this? – Susan Rubin is a piece of garbage and is completely BUSTED.
Additionally, on Susan Rubin’s unhinged, criminal call to 311 Broward, besides lying about living in Florida and “her make believe children,” she said that my dogs were always running loose around the neighborhood. Which is odd, considering none of my dogs run loose in the neighborhood. That has only been my dog Lucky from time to time when he pulls his escape artist routines like he did back in Puerto Rico.. I have been writing about that for years. But, she repeated and repeated all of my dogs run around the neighborhood. Dr. Disingenuous, Jennifer Jablow, said a similar thing on February 11th about all of my dogs. When it was actually only Lucky.. Hey, It’s like they say, “Birds of a Feather Flock Together.” Susan Rubin and Jennifer Jablow definitley flocked together on February 11th, 2024.

But, Rubin’s false report call did not end there. She then went on to say that I have been threatening my neighbors. Um, threatening my neighbors for what? – For being good neighbors? – Then, just a few moments later on the same call, Rubin claims that all my dogs have rabies. She said it over and over again. She claimed that I ignored a “citation” regarding my dog Lucky getting vaccinated and that I was bragging to my neighbors that I would defy the citation. Picture any 54 year old doing that. So, in other words, on one hand, Rubin says that I am threatening my neighbors, but at the same time, I took a break from threatening them, and then was bragging to them about defying a citation, which I had already complied with.. What a complete schmuck.. Make sure to listen to It’s one of the craziest, criminal 311 calls in history.
This can all end tomorrow if she turns BabyLady back over to me. Regarding the fraud and criminality of what she has already done on GoFundMe and with her false report call on a recorded line to 311 Broward County, well that’s up to the authorities. But, as for me, when I have BabyLady back in my arms, this will end. My family and I will be able to move on with our lives. We are Not moving on without BabyLady. We will continue to fight Rubin with truth, evidence and facts. And we will bring BabyLady back home.
